Delete your account

Delete it from the app

1. Open BoardVerse on your phone.
2. Go to Settings and scroll down to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

It happens straight away. There is no waiting period, no confirmation email, and no way to undo it. If you signed in with Apple, the app also asks Apple to revoke its access, so that sign-in stops being linked to us as well.

What is removed

All of this goes in a single database transaction — either every part of it succeeds or none of it does, so you are never left with half an account.

• Your account and profile, including your username, your avatar and your stats.
• Your chat messages.
• Your notifications, and the push tokens your devices registered.
• The list of accounts you blocked.
• Your support conversations.
• Your sign-in record, so the email or social account is free to start over with.
• Any error reports the app sent us are unlinked, so they can no longer be traced back to you.

What is kept

Two things outlive a deletion. You should know what they are before you decide, rather than after.

• Match results. Other players' ratings and the leaderboard are built from the games you played with them, so removing your half would quietly rewrite their record too.
• Reports other players filed about you. Deleting an account cannot erase a moderation record — otherwise deleting and re-registering would be a way to wipe one.
